Our journey has been nothing short of extraordinary, driven by our commitment to harnessing the power of play for peace.

As we celebrate this milestone, we also look forward. The world of negotiation and conflict resolution is ever-changing, and so are we. We are excited to continue our journey and we invite you to be a part of our future.

For our annual trainer meeting, combined with our full Board and honored guests, the Rational Games team retreated to a delightful and memorable long weekend in the wonderful Neupitz “summer camp":

Combining strategy sessions of both Trainers and Board with a true camping experience in bungalows and glamping tents, swimming in and canoeing on the lake, a bonfire in the evening and even an outdoor sauna, delicious outdoor meals, yoga and meditation. An experience that brought us all closer together.
