In Memoriam: Felix Miller

It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that Rational Games announces the sudden passing of our dear colleague and friend, Felix Miller, on March 31, 2026 .

Felix joined our team in 2019 as a negotiation trainer and quickly became an integral part of our Rational Games family. Known for his deep expertise in negotiation, big ideas, generosity and a collaborative spirit, he played a vital role in exploring new opportunities for Rational Games and widen our field of impact.

Beyond his professional excellence, Felix will be remembered most for his warmth, unconditional support, loyalty and an ongoing wish "to make a pie bigger". 

Felix was more than just a coworker - he was a mentor and a friend to many, leaving a lasting impression on everyone he met.

The entire Rational Games team feels the deep impact of this loss.
