Building on fundamental ideas of constructive win-win negotiation, we want to propose a way enabling you to prepare yourself strategically on the back of a napkin. We will:

— Present a tool for strategic preparation.
— Do interactive exercises that allow you to better understand the difference between interests and positions.
— Practice how to keep a ‚cool mind‘ through improved listening.

Seminar Fee: EUR 250 (includes lunch and all expenses),
